Welcome to our HugMe app (the "App"). The App is provided by Shenzhen Proudlong Health Co., Ltd.("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your App use. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1.Use of the App
The App is intended for personal use only. You may use the App to monitor your heart rate and track other health metrics. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
2.User Content
You may be able to upload or input personal health data, including blood pressure and other health metrics, into the App ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By uploading or inputting your User Content into the App, you grant us a request to include: non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and perpetual licenses to use. Copy, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and our business.
3.Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App, including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the App without our prior written consent.
4.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Or any loss of profits or revenues, whether directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.
5.Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective will indicate your agreement to the revised Terms.
6.Subscriptions
6.1 Free or Trial Offers
You can opt for a free or minimally priced trial for the service. If you don't cancel within 24 hours before the trial ends, you'll be charged the amount displayed during payment. Trials are clearly mentioned on the checkout screen.
6.2 Automatic Renewal
You can add extra features to your existing subscription plan. Unless there are specific terms for promotions, your subscription auto-renews for the same duration at the end of each period. You'll be billed 24 hours before the next period begins. Late cancellations are effective only at the end of the new subscription term.
6.3 Ways to Pay
You can pay through App Store or Google Play, credit cards, or PayPal for our website subscriptions. Payment will be processed based on your chosen method either after trial ends or upon confirmation.
6.4 How to Cancel
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You must cancel your Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period.

If You uninstall the App, Your Subscription will not stop automatically. You must cancel the automatic renewal of Your Subscription in order not to be charged with the cost of the new Subscription.
6.5 Refund Policies
If you've bought a subscription or activated a free trial via the App Store and qualify for a refund, you must seek this refund directly from Apple. For the refund procedure, please consult Apple's support page.
If you've obtained a Subscription or started a trial through Google Play and are entitled to a refund, your refund request must go directly to Google. Follow Google's support page guidelines for how to get your refund.
Please be aware that once your subscription period comes to an end, refunds will no longer be an option as the service is considered to have been fully utilized, unless otherwise mandated by law.
6.6 Reversing a Payment
Executing a chargeback constitutes a failure to meet your payment duties and has the potential to result in both the cessation of provided services and the deletion of your data. If issues regarding payment arise, it's recommended to consult with customer support before taking any action.
6.7 Changes to Fees
We can alter subscription fees as permitted by law. You'll be notified in advance, and you can cancel the subscription if you disagree with the new fees.

Please note that our app is not a substitute for professional healthcare, and if you have a persistent rapid heartbeat or any other heart rate problems, please consult your doctor promptly.
